Outbox Inn - Monteverde

The hostel had a cozy and clean atmosphere, making our romantic escape truly enjoyable. the location was convenient, with easy access to the town center and various shops and restaurants. We also loved the common areas, which were tastefully decorated and provided a pleasant space to relax and socialize.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. Our room, located near the front desk and dorms, was noisy due to the open doors and proximity to the parking lot.

the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. the hostel's location was great, conveniently situated near the city center and close to all the main attractions. there was a restaurant nearby that served delicious food, making it convenient for me to grab a meal. the hostel provided a comfortable and affordable place to rest and explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at a new hostel in a beautiful part of Costa Rica. the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. the location was ideal, close to all the excursions we wanted to go on. the beds were comfy and the rooms and communal areas were always kept clean. the hostel had a unique atmosphere that made it stand out. the adjacent restaurant had delicious food and a great vibe. We especially loved the small improvements like curtains for the dorms and hammocks in the social area.

There were some noise issues from a neighboring disco on Saturday evening.

I stayed at the cozy Outbox Inn for a couple of days and it exceeded my expectations. The central location made it easy to explore and the hotel staff were adorable, organizing excursions efficiently. The rooms were extremely clean, making my stay at the hostel in Monteverde very comfortable. The check-in process was easy and they had my room ready even though I arrived early. The common chill space was perfect for relaxing and meeting new people. The outdoor area was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance of the hostel. The owner, although not always present, was very helpful and accommodating.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the cozy mattresses and soft blankets, the aesthetic of the main space with high ceilings, plants, and local artwork, and the natural light streaming in through the big windows. the outdoor kitchen made us feel like we were cooking in the jungle, and it was well-maintained. the staff, especially Alex, were friendly, warm, and gave excellent advice. the communal area had beanbags and plenty of books to relax and unwind.
